Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: 2026-05-05

Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of LLMGraph(the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account, removal of content, and reporting to law enforcement where applicable.

Prohibited Content

You may not use the Service to generate, store, transmit, or distribute content that:

  • Is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful;
  • Sexualizes minors, depicts non-consensual sexual content, or otherwise constitutes child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or non-consensual intimate imagery;
  • Promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm, or hatred against protected groups;
  • Infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, right of publicity, or other intellectual property right;
  • Violates the privacy rights of third parties, including unauthorized collection or distribution of personal data;
  • Constitutes malware, ransomware, spyware, or other harmful code.

Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Service to:

  • Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, accounts, networks, or infrastructure;
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service except as expressly authorized through a published security program;
  • Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security features or rate limits;
  • Conduct denial-of-service attacks or generate excessive load designed to degrade availability;
  • Use automated means to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service except via documented public APIs and within published rate limits;
  • Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the Service in a manner not permitted by your subscription;
  • Send unsolicited bulk messages or commercial communications using the Service or any email infrastructure provided through it.

AI-Specific Restrictions

When using language-model features of the Service, you may not:

  • Submit prompts that attempt to extract another customer's data, credentials, or proprietary model behavior;
  • Generate content that impersonates real persons in a manner intended to deceive or defraud;
  • Generate medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical advice that is presented as authoritative without appropriate human review;
  • Use the Service to develop systems that make consequential decisions about individuals (e.g. employment, housing, credit, immigration, criminal-justice outcomes) without meaningful human oversight and applicable disclosures;
  • Train competing foundation models on outputs of the Service in violation of upstream model-provider terms.

Security and Data Handling

You are responsible for the data you process through the Service. Do not submit regulated data (including protected health information, payment card data, or government-classified data) unless you have a written agreement with LLMGraph permitting that use. Treat API keys and credentials as secrets and rotate them if compromise is suspected.

Reporting Violations

To report a violation of this AUP — including abuse, security issues, or content concerns — contact us via the contact page. We investigate reports promptly and take action when warranted.

Enforcement

We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice: remove or restrict access to violating content, suspend or terminate offending accounts, retain logs and data necessary to investigate violations, and cooperate with law enforcement where legally required. We may update this AUP from time to time; continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
