Terms of Service

By accessing or using LLMGraph(the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

LLMGraph provides a visual platform for designing, deploying, and operating workflows that invoke large language models and related infrastructure. We may update or modify the Service from time to time without notice.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe have been compromised or used in violation of these Terms.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. By starting a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no refunds are issued for partial periods unless required by law.

Free trials, if offered, automatically convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial period unless cancelled.

Your use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You retain all rights to the prompts, code, configurations, datasets, and other inputs you provide to the Service ("Your Content"). You grant LLMGraph a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, and transmit Your Content solely as necessary to operate the Service for you.

You are solely responsible for Your Content and for ensuring it does not violate any law or third-party rights.

The Service integrates with third-party model providers, cloud services, and payment processors. Your use of those services is subject to the third party's own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

The Service, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by LLMGraph and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. OUTPUTS FROM LARGE LANGUAGE MODELS MAY BE INACCURATE OR UNSUITABLE FOR YOUR USE CASE; YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR REVIEWING AND VALIDATING ALL OUTPUTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LLMGRAPH WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IN ANY MATTER ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold LLMGraphharmless from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including suspected violation of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will provide reasonable notice (for example, by email or in-product notice). Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
